Amaze Balls

These raw balls of deliciousness are the best. Crunchie and morish, great for after gym or an afternoon snack.


2 cups medjool dates
1 1/2 cups lightly dessicated coconut
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 tbsp water
1/2 cup buckinis (loving earth activated buckwheat)


Lightly toast coconut on a low heat until aromatic and lightly browned (keep 1/2 cup aside)
Add 1 cup of coconut and all ingredients EXCEPT buckinis into the food processor and pulse until sticky when pressed
Add buckinis and pulse through to mix.  Don't over process or it will lose the crunch
Roll about a tablespoon in a ball and then roll in the coconut that was put aside
Eat, yum = amaze balls
