The universe is always leading us towards to right thing.
People in balance will always do the right thing at the right time. People out of balance will always be in the wrong place.
The more we eat in balance and live in balance the more often you are in the right place at the right time.
By being in balance with your body and life will allow your energy (frequency) to be higher. This will keep your immune system healthy and help you from getting ill.
Bringing ourselves and our lives into balance is easy. We need to slow down to start with and listen to our thoughts and what our bodies are saying to us. Too many of us have our fast forward button on all the time. At work, at home, even our down time is in front of technology, in front of the TV or ipad. We need to learn to reset our adrenals, so we are not in a state of high alert.
Choose to make the changes and own your life. Choose the smoothie or water over the coke or diet coke. Go for a walk and watch the world go by instead of being part of that mad rush. OWN IT. By accepting to own everything in your life and making good choices your life will automatically come into balance. Open your heart centre and love. Smile more often. Laugh more often. Live the best life you can.
